Get smart insights and improve decisions with the Reporting Service in the HDI Global Business Portal
Keep track of your global insurance cover anywhere and anytime as a means of achieving informed and independent risk management. The Reporting Service provides you with a full overview of your international insurance programmes and stand-alone policies across all lines of business. The Reporting Service replaces HDI Global's old reporting tool, called IP Web, which was solely intended for international programmes. The new service provides you with a full view, also containing stand-alone policies next to your international insurance programmes.
The Reporting Service offers you comprehensive transparency with data on contracts, premiums and claims (including reserves) that is updated daily. In addition, you have access to the policy documentation of your international programmes and premium payment status of your local policies. Use filters to narrow down the data that is relevant to you and also export data via Excel for further processing. Your data is secured against unauthorised access from third parties via security measures such as password legitimation.

Clients with tangible assets cover can obtain a transparent overview of all the risk-related information they need. By using our ‘Insurance Certificates Online’ tool, companies can access data, issue or modify certificates or view archived documents worldwide at any time. Original documents can conveniently be printed out locally for further use.
