level. HDI Global SE’s claims management function has a decentralised structure
– in Germany this service is provided via the branches and in international
markets via local HDI companies or appointed network partners. In the event of major
damage in particular, our central claims management team plays the lead role in the
process, co-ordinating the work of claims experts locally. Top priorities are limiting
the extent of damage and avoiding damage-related client losses to protect the company’s
ability to operate in the future.
